Rising Tide Software began as a group of people who attended Fargo Startup Weekend in 2018. We spent that weekend building the beginning of our flagship product, Rapid Response Team–and we won!
Annika Greaney, lead software engineer
Annika is the lead software engineer at Rising Tide Software. Annika is responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of company products.
Annika is currently finishing her bachelor’s in Computer Science at Minnesota State University, Moorhead.
When not working, Annika plays soccer for MSUM and the Dakota Fusion.
Chad Knudson, chief executive officer
Chad is the CEO for Rising Tide Software. Chad has worked in multiple software startups in a variety of roles ranging from CTO to CEO in addition to owning his own software company. As a seasoned software architect and small business owner, Chad will leverage his experience to help drive the success of Rising Tide Software.
Chad graduated summa cum laude from the University of North Dakota with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. Chad worked as a software engineer at Microsoft for seven years on the Microsoft Works and Microsoft Office teams.
Outside of the office Chad is active with his family, referees soccer matches, and plays bass guitar with a local church band.
Charlie Carlson, account manager
Charlie is an account manager with Rising Tide Software. In this role, Charlie coordinates with the sales and marketing departments to represent clients and their needs, and to find or build the solution for them.
Charlie is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with Entrepreneurship and Management Information Systems minors at North Dakota State University.
Off the clock, Charlie enjoys spending time with his family, friends, and devoting himself to Bible study.
Chris Garty, product manager
Nicole Mattson, operations and marketing manager
Nicole is operations and marketing manager for Rising Tide Software. In this role, Nicole oversees sales and marketing, and coordinates administrative operations.
Nicole has a bachelor’s degree from Smith College in American Studies, as well as certifications in website development, content marketing, and social media marketing.
Nicole enjoys history, coffee, and being the company time cop.
